On the afternoon of November 29, 2024, the kickoff meeting and implementation plan demonstration meeting of the 2024 Anhui Province Science and Technology Innovation Tackle Plan - "Key Technology Research on Intelligent Packaging of Large scale Wafer level Integrated Circuits and Industrialization of Intelligent Equipment" project, led by Anhui Naike Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Naike Equipment"), was held in the Naike Equipment Conference Room. The main leaders of Tongling Science and Technology Bureau and District Jinko Bureau attended the meeting for guidance. The purpose of the meeting was to fully listen to the opinions of industry experts from leading downstream enterprises such as Changdian Technology, Huatian Technology, and Zhongke Zhixin, and to leverage the technical and talent advantages of Nike Equipment in the semiconductor packaging equipment industry. Together with the theoretical and scenario application teams of the project cooperation units Hefei University of Technology and Anhui Fengxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd., we completed the research and development of the "Key Technologies for Intelligent Packaging of Large scale Wafer level Integrated Circuits and Industrialization of Intelligent Equipment" project.
At the beginning of the meeting, Huang Mingjiu, Chairman of Nike Equipment, delivered a speech on behalf of the company, welcoming and thanking the leaders and experts present. The background and significance of the project were analyzed from a national strategic perspective. The innovation plan project undertaken by the company aims to overcome the core technology bottleneck of semiconductor packaging and forming processing through independent research and innovation of large-size wafer level packaging equipment, solve the "bottleneck" problem of large-size wafer level packaging, achieve independent controllability of advanced packaging high-end equipment in China, and fill the gap in the field of large-size wafer level automatic packaging in China. At the same time, on behalf of the company, we declare that during the implementation of the project, the company will strictly follow the requirements of the provincial innovation plan, ensure the investment of funds and various elements, clarify the responsibilities of all parties involved in cooperation, closely coordinate and cooperate, ensure the orderly and effective implementation of the project, and complete the expected goals and tasks of the project on time and with quality.
The entire meeting was chaired by Zheng Tianqin, General Manager of Nike Equipment. According to the meeting agenda, Hu Huogen, Deputy General Manager of Nike Equipment Technology, reported on the company's semiconductor packaging equipment technology and research and development. Professor Xu Yufu, the project leader, combined with the project background, provided a detailed report on the project objectives and overall implementation plan. After listening to the report, the attending experts actively discussed the project objectives and implementation plan, and demonstrated that the expert group, based on the affirmation of the project implementation plan and preliminary work results, combined with their respective work conditions, put forward multiple constructive opinions and suggestions from the aspects of assessment indicators, unit collaboration, and application implementation. Financial experts provided financial guidance on project cost accounting and budget management. Finally, as the main leader of the Tongling Science and Technology Bureau, the centralized management department, made an important speech, affirmed the valuable suggestions of the attending experts, put forward coaching management requirements for the timely and high-quality implementation of the project, and announced the official launch of the project.
The convening of the project kickoff meeting and implementation plan demonstration meeting further promoted communication among various units and members of the project team. It not only clarified the goals and direction of the project, but also provided detailed planning and guidance for the successful implementation of the project.
